Business communication + Copywriting

This real estate services provider offers brokerage and professional services to owners of all types of real estate in the Bay Area. Five19 Brand Studio was able to reimagine his brand while enabling him to keep his focus on the business.

King Floyd's Bitters: Press Release Campaign

This Five19 Brand Studio 2022 campaign for the popular Novato bitters company was designed to highlight why this product is so much different than what is currently on the market. A version of the press release package (which included samples) was made for the trade as well as local and national markets.

Marin Living enjoyed an exclusive partnership with TEDxMarin and every September I would feature one of the year's speakers. In 2021 it was the fascinating Moogega Cooper, group supervisor for the Biotechnology and Planetary Protection Group at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL).

One of our most important clients (annual inside front cover spread) was also a really great guy. We thought we knew him but the "discovery session" we did with him revealed some unexpected details. We used these in the campaign to give potential clients a look into the more personal side of this top agent, something that had been missing in his previous advertisements.
